Delivery Policy & Return Policy

Stocks are liable to change but any order before 6pm will be delivered if desired quantity available. Otherwise we deliver next day to preferred location

We prefer orders to come in early to prepare adequately.

Delivery will take 1-2 max hrs depending on location. Our average delivery time is within 45mins.

We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or otherwise deemed to be unsatisfactory. To return an item, please contact service@livvinwines.com within 30 days of the purchase.

Note only wines deemed flawed will be replaced, we assume before purchase you are fully aware of taste profiles & notes. Our tasting team will receive the wine & advice further immediately within 24hrs of purchase

You will be asked to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed.

We use third party delivery services. YOU SHALL ONLY BE ENTITLED TO COMPENSATION FROM THE INSURANCE PROVIDER UNDER THE CARRIER’S LIABILITY COVER IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OR DAMAGE TO A PACKAGE that means we shall refund you & follow up the same with our delivery partners.

We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during Delivery, or wine that is ordered in error.

Temperature extremes can pose a threat to the overall quality of the wine. However, we cannot assume liability for wines that are overheated during delivery

Wine Tasting & Event Purchases:
Our events are not refundable; all event purchases are final.
